| News Room > 2010 Award Winners Vladimir Oulianov of the Country Club office was named the Salesperson of the Year for 2010, with the most closed volume of listings and sales, along with most transactions closed. Vladimir and Craig Loeck of the Lincolnshire office were both recipients of the Century Award for closing over 100 transactions in the calendar year. Loeck also recieved the Most Closed Listings Units award. Shelly Nitz of the Seward office was honored with the Woods Bros Realtor of the Year award for 2010. Her family surprised her with an appearance when she received the award. Kent Obrist of the Country Club office won the Excellence in Outgoing Referrals award for helping people relocate in other areas. Sales Couple of the Year went to Rob and Teresa Predmore of the Lincolnshire office, and the year's Rising Star for most success within the start of her career was Marsha Turbett of the SouthPointe office. Outstanding Achievement awards were given to those agents who had the most increase in production from 2009 to 2010. Miranda Watson of the Lincolnshire office was the overall winner with a 119 percent increase. Other winners by office were:
