As first-time home buyers my husband and I frequented many open houses and never really clicked with any Realtor until we met Thane Jensen. He seemed very knowledgeable and experienced, and we decided he would be the one to help us find our ‘perfect’ home.

We knew this would be a long journey because we didn’t want a starter home, but rather a home that would last us through children and into old age. We knew exactly what we were looking for and hoped Thane could help us find it.

It took us eight months to find our home. From the start, Thane was super positive and always had a good outlook. He would say, ‘We are running a marathon, not a sprint,’ and assured us we would find the right house at the right time. Thane was available to us through the entire process.

Our search ended the day before Thanksgiving, and even though it was a holiday weekend, Thane worked with us so that our families could see the home and we could get the ball rolling on an offer. Thane answered all of our questions in a timely manner and exceeded all of our expectations through the closing process. We closed Christmas Eve.

I couldn’t have asked for a better person to work with than Thane Jensen. If I had to pick the best thing about working with Thane, it would be that he got to know us as a couple and what we really wanted in a home. Thane would know by looking at a house before we got there if we’d like it or not. We met Thane as a Realtor but are now happy to call him our friend.

Recently, when I was looking for a specialty property (a home on a lake no more than 2 hours from Lincoln), I used the professional Realtor services of Dave Vorovka with Woods Bros Realty. My husband and I had been looking for a house on our own and weren’t having much luck. We received a postcard in the mail from Woods Bros Realty and Home Services Lending. We decided that it couldn’t hurt to attend the informational meeting, and it was there that we met both Kent Lorenzen with Woods Bros Realty and Lynne Fullerton with HomeServices Lending.

From the beginning they both provided the answers to our questions. We were impressed by the knowledge and willingness to help they both portrayed. We had previously talked to another loan officer at a different bank who didn’t seem willing to answer questions, but instead just handed us papers to fill out.

When we finally found our house, the entire process went smoothly. Both Kent and Lynne were adamant about answering our questions and making sure that if there were any questions not to hesitate. I feel that all of our concerns and worries about buying our first home were put to ease by the comfortable atmosphere and conduct of both Kent and Lynne. Jon Rademacher did an outstanding job as our Realtor, and he worked very hard to sell my mother’s house.
