In the state of Nebraska, all applicants for a real estate license must be 19 years of age with a high school diploma or G.E.D.
STEP 1
Call Connie Hain , (402-570-9141), or one of our managing brokers to obtain information on your 60 hours of required pre-licensing courses. One of our managing brokers will help you register for classes.
STEP 2
Contact the Real Estate Commission , (402) 471-2004, for a packet and to begin the fingerprinting/background check.
STEP 3
Successfully complete courses. For more information about scheduling and fees, visit Larabee School of Real Estate.
STEP 4
Apply to take the Real Estate Licensing Examination. Call the Nebraska Real Estate Commission at (402) 471-2004.
STEP 5
Once approved, schedule day and time to take exam. Exam prep seminars are available at Larabee School of Real Estate.
STEP 6
Take examination—you will receive results immediately.
STEP 7
Complete forms required by the Real Estate Commission & sign Woods Bros Realty Independent Contractor forms with your Managing Broker .
STEP 8
Join the local Realtors Association and begin training with Woods Bros Realty. |
