In addition to our standard online marketing, your Premier Property will be featured within a special “premier” section of the site for the entire length of the listing. Your listing will also be in a rotation to be featured for one week on JournalStar.com.
Virtual Tours Virtual tours allow Internet users to view a full panorama of a room that pans 360 degrees. As a part of this marketing package, your Premier Property will benefit from having tours and professional still shots done on the rooms or areas of your choice. These tours will be posted to the Woods Bros. web site and the MLS, allowing thousands of users to “tour” your home every day.
“L” Magazine “L” Magazine is Lincoln's premier lifestyle magazine. Published by the Journal Star, “L” is mailed to 12,000 Lincoln households with an annual income of at least $100,000. Woods Bros currently features half of its Premier Properties on the back cover of the magazine and the other half on an inside page (rotating so each property is on the back cover every other month). These well targeted ads can be seen by people who would most likely show interest in an upper-end home.
Lincoln Journal Star Each Premier Property will be featured once a month with a photo in our full-page Wednesday ad in a special “Premier Properties” section. This ad is located in the “meat” of the newspaper with the most readership, rather than in the classifieds section. In addition to regular readership, 30,000 additional newspapers are delivered to non-subscribers, so your listing can be advertised to nearly everyone in Lincoln.
Direct Mail Local Buyer & Seller Prospects Full-color postcards featuring your home will be printed and mailed to local prospects including potential buyers and real estate agents who are working with buyers in your home’s price range.
Local Business Prospects Our Relocation Department will market your Premier Property to local businesses who the have potential to relocate employees to work in the Lincoln market. This marketing is done through mailings of full-color postcards featuring your home.
Lincoln Real Estate Magazine Homes will also be featured in a multi-page advertisement in the Lincoln Real Estate Magazine. 8,500 copies of this attractive magazine are distributed each month at over 100 high-traffic rack locations.
