Woods Bros agents ended the rough real estate year of 2010 with a bang, closing 27% more transactions last month over December 2009. Interest rates are holding fairly steady about a half a percent higher than they were a few months ago. In Lincoln, we also looking at a pretty balanced market considering all price ranges, with a seller’s market staying up to in the $300,000 market. November numbers are looking up

Woods Bros agents placed 31% more homes under contract last month over November 2009, an indication of an upswing in the market. With rates a quarter to a half a percent higher, the time is now to buy a home. In Lincoln, we also looking at a pretty balanced market considering all price ranges, with a seller’s market staying in the $120,000-250,000 markets.
